The Acting Director of Coal Tar Refinery Company is Appointed


Alireza Salmanzadeh, CEO of Sina Energy Holding, has officially appointed Amir Piyrooz Soleimani as the Acting Director of Isfahan Coal Tar Refinery Company.
According to Sina Energy, Alireza Salmanzadeh issued the appointment decree, naming Amir Piyrooz Soleimani as the Acting Director of Isfahan Coal Tar Refinery Company.

The official decree reads as follows:

Dear Brother, Mr. Amir Piyrooz Soleimani,
Considering your valuable experience, individual competencies, and professional expertise, you are hereby appointed as the Acting Director of Isfahan Coal Tar Refinery Company.
I sincerely wish you success in achieving the organization’s objectives.

Prior to this appointment, Farid Dehghani served as the Managing Director of Isfahan Coal Tar Refinery Company. The CEO of Sina Energy Holding expressed his gratitude for Dehghani’s efforts during his tenure.
Recently, Dehghani has been appointed as the CEO of Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company.

Isfahan Coal Tar Refinery Company, a subsidiary of Sina Energy Holding, was established in 1997 to process and refine the chemical by-products of coking units (coal tar) into valuable and diverse chemical products, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. The refinery, designed and constructed using one of the most advanced European technologies, is currently recognized as the largest coal tar refinery in the Middle East. Isfahan Coal Tar Refinery plays a critical role in supplying raw materials to key industries in the country, including aluminum production units, industrial carbon black, and refractory products. Notably, the naphthalene produced by this company is of exceptional quality and meets global standards.
