According to Sina Energy, Alireza Salmanzadeh announced this decision during a ceremony held today, Tuesday, September 17, in the presence of board members, deputies, and managers of the company. He acknowledged the efforts and dedication shown by board members over the past year and a half and stated: “Fortunately, today North Drilling Company is on a path of significant transformation and progress. Wishing success for Abdi in his new role as acting head of North Drilling Company, Salmanzadeh emphasized that one crucial aspect to focus on is improving employee livelihoods and working conditions. He remarked that previous efforts had been made to enhance employees’ well-being; however, there remains considerable room for improvement. This issue should always remain a top priority.
The CEO described Abdi as having been nurtured within North Drilling’s environment and referred to him as part of its family. He added that Mr. Abdi is among the specialized technical staff at North Drilling Company who can also thrive in management roles.
