On April 11, 2025, Iran Tire Manufacturing Company hosted one of the most important specialized human resources meetings of the subsidiaries of the Mostazafan Foundation. This meeting, attended by the Deputy for Management Development and Resources of the Mostazafan Foundation, was held to outline a new vision for the future of human resources.
According to Sina Energy, human resources managers from the holding companies affiliated with the Mostazafan Foundation gathered for this meeting to exchange ideas and share experiences. Among the attendees were Reza Morad Sahraei, Deputy for Management Development and Resources of the Mostazafan Foundation; Hojatollah Almasi, Director General of Human Resources at the Foundation; Ali Derakhshan, Human Resources Director of Sina Energy; Hadi Amirshaghaghi, CEO of Iran Tire Company; and a number of senior HR managers from the Foundation’s subsidiaries.
Direct Dialogue with Employees
During the meeting, the Deputy for Management Development and Resources emphasized that real employee engagement, the establishment of career paths, continuous training of human resources, the use of artificial intelligence in educational processes, and the development of a comprehensive HR software system are among the key necessities for the Foundation’s HR sector.
Sahraei stated: “We are committed to creating an environment for direct dialogue between managers and employees, promoting organizational culture, and increasing employee satisfaction.”
He further stressed the importance of data-driven approaches over theoretical models, highlighting Iran Tire as a successful example of restoring organizational stability through sound management. Sahraei added, “Companies that foster organizational happiness outperform their competitors.”
Reforming the Job Classification System at Iran Tire
Later in the meeting, the CEO of Iran Tire Company presented a comprehensive report on the company’s performance and recent developments, highlighting the company’s significant growth, especially during the 2010s, and its focus on the production of radial tires. He noted that the company’s production volume reached over 28,000 tons in 2023 and surpassed 30,000 tons in the past year.
According to Hadi Amirshaghaghi, key HR initiatives undertaken at Iran Tire include the reform of the job classification system, revision of the compensation structure, design of a ranking award formula, development of regulations for the status change of outsourced personnel, and streamlining the retirement process for hardworking employees.
