North Drilling Company, which has prioritized the localization of drilling industry equipment by supporting knowledge-based companies, has recently taken a new step in this direction by initiating the domestic production of one of the industry’s strategic pieces of equipment.
According to Sina Energy, coinciding with the launch of the 6th Kish Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition and Conference, North Drilling Company and Andisheh Sazan Salamat Parsian (FEDCO) signed a cooperation memorandum of understanding (MoU) to localize various types of drilling fluid centrifuge equipment.
The MoU aims to establish collaborative capacity between the two parties in scientific, research, and production areas related to separator and drilling mud purification devices using centrifugal mechanisms, along with the manufacturing of associated spare parts.
The 6th Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition and Conference, with the theme of “Supporting Domestic Production,” is being held on Kish Island from February 18 to February 20 this year.
