Sina Energy’s Commitment to Implementing Development Projects in the Current Year

The CEO of Sina Energy Holding emphasized that the group’s projects and development plans are being executed with determination and collective effort, in line with the predefined objectives and timelines.

According to Sina Energy, Alireza Salmanzadeh, speaking on the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony for the first phase of the Iran Tire expansion project in Mahdishahr, Semnan—attended by the President of the Mostazafan Foundation and the Governor of Semnan—stated: “As we had previously announced, the year 2025 (1404 in the Iranian calendar) marks a new chapter for Sina Energy Holding in the execution of its programs and development projects.”

Referring to the launch of key operational projects this year, he noted: “In the first step, concurrent with the International Oil Exhibition held in May, and under the directive of the Minister of Petroleum, exploratory drilling operations began in the shallow waters of the Caspian Sea using an offshore rig provided by North Drilling Company.” He added that the rig, after several years of inactivity, has now been returned to operational status.

Increasing National Tire Production Capacity

Salmanzadeh went on to say that in the second step, on June 1st, the first phase of the Iran Tire development project in Mahdishahr, Semnan, was officially launched in the presence of the President of the Mostazafan Foundation.

“This phase has been launched with a capacity to process 60,000 tons of raw materials for tire production. Upon completion of the remaining phases, the factory’s total output capacity will reach 25,000 tons of various tire types.”

According to the CEO of Sina Energy Holding, sustainable job creation—particularly with a focus on recruiting local manpower—and enhancing the domestic tire production capacity while fostering competitive market conditions are among the most significant advantages of this development project.

Export of Technical and Engineering Services

Further discussing the performance of Sina Energy Holding’s subsidiaries, Salmanzadeh referred to the activities of Payandan Company: “In addition to implementing various domestic projects, this company will soon commence its activities in the field of exporting technical and engineering services.”

He also touched on other key operations of Sina Energy, particularly in the development of oil fields and the exploration and production sectors, carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Petroleum and the National Iranian Oil Company: “In the near future, we will be entering a new phase in this domain.”

Commitment to Strategic Execution
