On the third day of the 29th International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition, Sina Energy Holding signed five domestic memoranda of understanding.
According to Sina Energy, On Saturday, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Sadra Company and Sina Energy Holding for the construction, repair, and renovation of rigs, platforms, drilling vessels, and offshore pipelines. This MoU, signed by Alireza Salmanzadeh, CEO of Sina Energy Holding, and Manouchehr Alipour, CEO of Iran Marine Industrial Company (Sadra), paves the way for joint cooperation in the construction, repair, and renovation of rigs, platforms, drilling vessels, offshore pipelines, and contracting services.
Next, a memorandum of understanding was signed between North Drilling Company and Rayka Sanat Afrand, active in the development of technical know-how and the localization of ceramic liners for drilling mud pumps. The MoU was signed at the Sina Energy Holding booth by Rouhollah Abdi and Seyed Ahmad Sharifnia, the CEOs of the two companies.
It is worth noting that North Drilling Company is one of the most important subsidiaries of Sina Energy Holding.
Additionally, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Sina Energy Holding and the University of Tehran at the International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petroleum Products Exhibition. The MoU was signed by Alireza Salmanzadeh, CEO of Sina Energy Holding, and Mojtaba Shariati Niasar, Vice President of the University of Tehran.
This agreement creates opportunities for joint research projects, the development of new technologies, the design and organization of research workshops and scientific studies, assistance in the commercialization of inventions, and the organization of internship and apprenticeship programs between the two parties.
Furthermore, Payandan Company, one of Sina Energy Holding’s subsidiaries, signed two separate memoranda of understanding in the field of supplying and localizing oil and gas industry equipment with Jahad Daneshgahi of Iran University of Science and Technology and Atieh Pardazan Sharif Company from Sharif University.
Continuing the booth activities of Sina Energy Holding on the third day of the exhibition, a workshop was held focusing on hydrogen energy as the energy of the future.
The workshop addressed the importance of planning for the development of hydrogen as a new source of sustainable fuel and electricity production, particularly for the attending students interested in the energy sector.
It is noteworthy that green hydrogen is one of the most popular forms of hydrogen fuel, produced by splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen through electrolysis. The produced green hydrogen is then compressed and used to supply energy across various systems. The application of green hydrogen has gained significant popularity today.
