Sina Energy Signs Three Cooperation MoUs with Domestic and International Companies


On the second day of the 29th International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition, three cooperation memoranda of understanding (MoUs) — both domestic and international — were signed by Sina Energy Holding and its subsidiary companies.

According to Sina Energy, earlier today a cooperation MoU was signed between Sina Energy Holding and the Russian Federation Gas Union, focusing on joint research areas including trade, energy market studies, and technological and innovation advancements in the oil and gas industry.

Additionally, two cooperation MoUs were signed between Sina Energy’s subsidiaries and Iran’s Research Institute of Petroleum Industry, Iran University of Science and Technology, and Farasan Company.
The first is a tripartite MoU for the use of non-metallic pipes in the oil and gas sector and other industries, signed between Payandan Company, Farasan Company, and the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry.
The second MoU focuses on implementing scientific and research projects in the field of drilling, signed between North Drilling Company and Iran University of Science and Technology.
