The CEO of Sina Energy Holding engaged in a warm meeting with the staff at the holding’s headquarters.
According to Sina Energy, Alireza Salmanzadeh CEO of Sina Energy Holding, during a public meeting with employees at the holding’s headquarters this morning (Tuesday, September 10), expressed gratitude toward former CEO and vice presidents for their efforts in bringing about transformation, enhancing the brand, and improving the business environment. He stated: “We will undoubtedly strive to advance our progress within the holding and its subsidiaries in line with the policies set forth by the Foundation of Disadvantaged Individuals and consistent with previous positive and constructive actions. This effort will require dedication, teamwork, and collaboration from all colleagues.”
The CEO of Sina Energy urged employees across various technical, engineering, economic investment sectors, as well as human resources to pursue problems, issues, and challenges within subsidiary companies more proactively.
He emphasized that it is not just about owning shares or managing businesses within the holding: “Many issues arise in companies that can be resolved through your involvement in this holding.”
Salmanzadeh reiterated his focus on collaboration among staff members saying: “I believe this unity must manifest itself in practice and governance at our holding.”
Pointing out existing capacities while affirming that the holding is entering an era of transformation and progress he added: “We must act effectively when implementing programs while making maximum use of today’s opportunities created by our capacities.”
Salmanzadeh continued: “Our shared goal here at both the holding level and its subsidiaries is to elevate Sina Energy. In light of our real stakeholders’ hopes—who are indeed those less fortunate within society—we have a responsibility to sustain this hope through thoughtful planning وnd greater effort.”
Additionally emphasizing on human capital across different levels of management within both subsidiaries he remarked: “There is no doubt that prioritizing employees’ livelihoods and quality of life should be paramount; plans should ensure we provide not only committed professionals but also create an environment where our colleagues feel secure.”
Salmanzadeh asserted: “Without a doubt I will pursue my colleagues’ welfare throughout both Sinai Holding & its subsidiaries; I believe that services provided must reflect dignity for all employees.”
In another part of his speech he stated: “I will never sacrifice interests belonging to either this Holding or any companies involved. The main criterion here will be based on performance metrics applicable to each production or contracting company.”
During subsequent discussions every colleague congratulated him as new CEO while sharing concerns along with perspectives regarding various issues they face.
