According to Energy Sina, Alireza Salmanzadeh CEO of Energy Sina Holding, during the second public meeting with the staff of the holding coinciding with the commemoration of Women’s Day, congratulated everyone on this occasion and expressed gratitude for the tireless efforts of employees, especially women, in achieving Energy Sina’s goals. He stated that it is a matter of pride and joy that women contribute significantly both at home as wives and mothers in strengthening family foundations and actively influence social spheres and economic cycles through their relentless efforts.
The CEO of Energy Sina highlighted the effective role of women within the Mostazafan Foundation and remarked that he has personally witnessed women’s meticulousness in carrying out tasks. He expressed hope that they could have greater shares in management positions within the organization; he urged holding company managers to take this into consideration.
Salmanzadeh referred to plans for the next two years, stating: “According to our schedule, we will experience challenging and busy days in 1404 and 1405 Iranian calendar.” He emphasized that if significant steps need to be taken, these steps should be accompanied by calmness.
Addressing some existing challenges in the workplace, he added: “If we are going to create transformations together in areas such as ‘structural’, ‘growth strategies’, and ‘business development’, we must first learn to acknowledge what we do not know. We should recognize our limited experience and knowledge; we need to strive for knowledge development and acquire new skills while understanding that we must exert twice as much effort for every role entrusted to us—assuring ourselves that it will yield results visible over time.”
Salmanzadeh underlined the importance of achieving high-level objectives set by Mostazafan Foundation: Alongside all our goals, we must remember that our ultimate aim is poverty alleviation in underserved areas. Achieving this goal will bring numerous blessings into our lives and work. He added: In this new geography where we will operate next year, one key issue will be empowering female-headed households.
At the end of the meeting, working women at headquarters were honored with certificates and gifts as a token of appreciation.
